Habarc is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, interior design, landscape, façade, lighting, and urban design. Habarc is led by Kshitiz Kapoor, an architect with extensive professional experience across architecture, planning, and large-scale development projects. A graduate of the Chandigarh College of Architecture, he began his career working with several leading architectural and development firms, where he gained exposure to a wide range of residential, commercial, and urban-scale projects.
Over the course of his career, he has developed a design approach that combines conceptual clarity with a strong understanding of technical execution and project coordination. His professional journey across prominent firms and complex developments has shaped a perspective that values both design innovation and practical delivery.
As the Principal Architect of Habarc, he leads the studio with a commitment to thoughtful design, contextual sensitivity, and architectural integrity. Under his direction, the practice continues to pursue projects that explore the relationship between form, space, and environment, creating built environments that are both meaningful and enduring.
