Habitat Design Architects, we believe that great design begins with conversation. By embracing collaboration, diversity of thought, and shared expertise, we transform individual ideas into meaningful architectural expressions that resonate both functionally and emotionally.
Our practice extends beyond mere aesthetic creation — it is a collective pursuit of innovation, where every voice, insight, and perspective contributes to a stronger, more thoughtful outcome. Guided by dialogue and thoughtful exchange, we nurture a creative environment where concepts evolve, expand, and enrich the built world.

Dubey’s Residence, a large-scale residential villa (30,000 m²) situated in Udaipur, represents a contemporary interpretation of luxury living shaped by climatic and contextual sensitivity. Designed in light tones, the project responds directly to the harsh solar conditions of Rajasthan, where pale surfaces play a critical role in minimizing heat absorption and enhancing visual comfort.
Lunawath’s Residence, conceived as a large-scale residential villa (above 55,000 m²), reflects a refined balance between contemporary spatial planning and contextual sensitivity. Located in Udaipur—a city defined by its lakes, Aravalli landscape, and historic architectural language—the project adopts a light-toned material palette to respond to both climate and visual character.
